Access to and use of zy999 is strictly limited to individuals who (a) are aged 21 years or older; (b) are acting on their own personal behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity; (c) are not residents of a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; (d) are not employees, officers, directors, contractors, or close family members of zy999 or any affiliated company; and (e) are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with zy999 or any other gambling operator.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet. There are no processing fees charged by zy999 on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may charge fees independently, and zy999 is not responsible for any such third-party charges. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. zy999 targets processing withdrawal requests within five (5) business minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. zy999 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and will not be held liable for delays resulting from payment provider processing schedules outside zy999's control.

zy999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal request if (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity associated with the account; (c) a chargeback, reversal, or dispute has been initiated against a deposit previously credited to the account; or (d) the user has breached any provision of these Terms. Any funds subject to an ongoing investigation may be held for up to 180 days pending resolution.

The following categories of conduct are expressly prohibited on the zy999 platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct voided and forfeited.

zy999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned maintenance, emergency technical work, and circumstances beyond zy999's reasonable control (including internet service provider failures, telecommunications infrastructure disruptions, or force majeure events) may result in temporary platform unavailability. zy999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance via the platform where reasonably practicable.
